terms of service

the service
Wiki cristina ("the service") is a platform for storing, organizing, and sharing HTML artifacts. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
your content
You own the content you post. By posting to the service, you grant us a limited license to store, serve, and display that content to you and your workspace members (or publicly, if you choose). We do not claim ownership of your artifacts and do not use your content to train models. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to post any content you submit.
acceptable use
You may not use the service to post content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights. You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits, access other users' workspaces, reverse-engineer the service, or use the service to run denial-of-service attacks. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
free tier limits
Free workspaces are limited to 25 artifacts. We may adjust this limit with notice. Paid plans, if introduced, will be announced via email to workspace owners.
availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, make changes, or retire features. Artifact URLs are permanent as long as the artifact exists and the workspace is active.
account termination
You may delete your account at any time from settings or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your artifacts are deleted from our servers within 30 days.
warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $0 for free accounts.
changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will notify workspace owners by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
